Or, it can be simply an survey/ questionnaire format matching companies of varying CSR participation levels vs 0 participation level. I have included some resources that I have already found. These can be included, but require additional resources. I have also attached the outline that will give an clear overview of what is required. On the implications section, please also propose some studies of limitations on the current study and look into potential ways in which CSR can backfire (as in decreasing staff motivation).
